MQperfumes Refund Policy

At MQperfumes, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, refunds are only offered under specific conditions. Please review our policy below:

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are granted only if:
– The product received is damaged upon delivery.
– The customer provides a clear, unedited video of the unboxing as proof of damage.

Important: The video must start before the package is opened and clearly show the damage and all packaging.

2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided for:
– Products without an unboxing video as proof.
– Used, opened, or undamaged items.
– Requests made after **48 hours** of delivery.

3. Refund Process
To request a refund:

  1. Record a video while unboxing the product upon delivery.

  3. Submit your order details and the unboxing video as evidence.
  4. Our team will review the video and provide a resolution.

4. Refund Timeline
Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
